We’re kicking off the new year with a good news story!

Engeny’s own Sean Richardson, alongside best mate Chris Beath, raised over $50k for cancer research for QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute.

The duo completed an ultramarathon of 100kms from Tugan in the Gold Coast to Raby Bay in the Redlands within 12 hours, all in loving memory of Karen Beath (Chris’ mum).

Highlights of the run were seeing Chris’ family at the finish line, no cramps, and sitting down after the run and having a few beers.

Thanks to all who donated. Donations have closed as we well exceeded our target.
