Engeny’s Principal Engineer and Director Andrew Vitale was one of three consultants invited by Glencore Coal Assets Australia to deliver a training session at a Glencore Water Training Day held in Brisbane on Tuesday 17 April. Forty Glencore representatives attended the Water Training Day, including personnel from the Environment & Community and Technical Services teams at all of Glencore’s Australian coal operations and also members of GCAA’s Projects Group. Andrew presented on mine water infrastructure design including creek diversions, dams, levees, pumps and pipelines. Engeny’s Newcastle Office Operations Manager, Susan Shield, also attended the event. Andrew and Susan appreciated the opportunity to network and share ideas with our clients.
