On behalf of the Board and the shareholders of Engeny, I would like to congratulate and welcome Scott Dunn on his appointment as a Director of Engeny Management Pty Ltd.

The existing directors have voted unanimously in favour of inviting Scott to join the board in recognition of his great contribution to the business including his leadership and vision which has guided our Melbourne office to great success by creating a culture that truly reflect Engeny’s values.

Scott’s day to day management responsibly, as the Leader of the Melbourne Office will remain the same. However, the board is looking forward to his valued contribution toward all directorship related activities including companywide Governance, Leadership and Strategy.
