Priority Management: the difference between being ‘busy’ and being ‘effective’.

We place a high value on the ongoing professional development of our staff, with over 20 Brisbane and Gold Coast Engenites in attendance, our staff had the amazing opportunity to undergo Priority Management Training, led by our General Manager for Corporate Services, Kristy Fairbairn.

Kristy shared practical strategies for overcoming barriers, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, boosting productivity in the workplace, as well as methods to avoid burn out.

Through interactive workbook and group activities, attendees had the opportunity to connect and collaborate with Engenites from across the business.
