Annual subsidence monitoring inspections can be a condition of Environmental Authority’s for many underground mines in Queensland.
Engeny’s Environmental Management & Approvals Team has extensive experience in subsidence monitoring inspections, as well as the development of subsidence management plans and subsidence monitoring programs for underground mines throughout the Bowen Basin.

We develop and implement subsidence monitoring programs that assess the impacts of subsidence on terrestrial and riverine ecosystems, as well as the hydraulic and geomorphic aspects of subsided waterways.
