Engeny are pleased to announce that we are partnering with Mirvac to deliver the stormwater strategy and stormwater infrastructure design for the masterplanned community in south-east Queensland, Monarch Glen.
Monarch Glen is located within Logan City Council, and it will include state primary and secondary schools, multiple neighbourhood centres, and a proposed rail station, which will be complemented by a retail offering and extensive green open space.
Engeny will be providing support on the submission by providing the overall stormwater strategy for flooding and quality, taking into consideration geomorphology, fish passage and environmental constraints. Engeny will assist with the subsequent sub stage management of the stormwater, providing the final design of the stormwater infrastructure.
Our team are very pleased to be involved with such a large scale project and support the implementation of approximately 7,300 residential homes over the course of 10-12 years.
