Recently, Engeny’s Environmental Management & Approvals team has been working with Clients to determine the Estimated Rehabilitation Cost (ERC) for their resource projects.
Determining the ERC for a resource project can be complex and time consuming, however Engeny has proven experience in navigating the Department of Environment and Science’s (DES’s) ERC calculator, preparing the ERC decision application and supporting documentation, responding to Requests for Information, and facilitating pre-lodgement meetings with DES.
Engeny also has proven experience in assisting Clients with changes to legislation and guidelines surrounding ERC and the rehabilitation of resource project more generally.
