We are very excited to announce the appointment of Kristy Fairbairn to the role of General Manager- Corporate Services!
Kristy is another great example of how we work flexibly at Engeny – she will work part-time, 3 days spread over 4 week-days.
Kristy has 20 years in project and corporate roles in engineering, construction and mining organisations. Kristy has a passion for developing people-centric solutions and high-performance cultures in a profitable and sustainable way. Although starting in Human Resources, this quickly expanded to include strategy, business improvement, project management, safety, coaching, performance and improving commercial acumen and outcomes.
Kristy will lead our existing internal professional teams and help connect and align strategies between People, Finance, Commercial management, Systems and Improvement.
Kristy has a Bachelors of Commerce, Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and for several years was a lecturer for QUT in Masters in Project Management. Her degrees are supplemented with a range of accreditations including Prosci Change Management Accreditation, Training and Assessment Systems Diploma, Frontline Management Diploma and accreditation in a range of leadership and psychology tools and internal auditing of management systems.
