One of our amazing staff members joined the Liebherr Mining cycling team and participated in the MACA Cancer Ride for the Perkins, which is also known as the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research – located in Western Australia.

The ride was 200km, with 100km on Saturday and 100km on Sunday, with an optional 35km challenge on Saturday. There was a total of 1900 riders, with over $10 Million dollars raised over the weekend, all proceedings went towards the Institute for cancer research.

Last Saturday Michelle Gane pedalled 135km from Perth to Mandurah, she then camped for the night and commenced her pedal back on Sunday to Perth along the coast. Amazing work towards your team and we love when our staff get involved with charity events!🏥🎗️🚲
