Leigh has a number of years experience in the Engineering Sector, having spent the majority of her career within a construction environment on major civil infrastructure projects in Queensland. Her experience also spans the technology, oil and gas and hospitality sectors. Leigh’s role at Engeny involves supporting the business with a range of people and performance functions and assisting leaders to align HR strategy to Business goals.
