Samantha joined Engeny in November 2011 and is a CPA Accountant with over 15 years of experience working in medium-sized enterprises and consulting for small businesses.
Samantha’s background includes being responsible for day to day accounting and compliance functions, preparation of financial statements, reporting to company boards, playing a strategic role in a trade sale process, applying for and administering government grants, and setting up overseas offices. She has also been a member of the Victorian SME committee of CPA Australia which focuses on the issues faced by small to medium-sized enterprises from both a business and regulatory perspective.
