We are excited to announce that David Howard has recently joined Engeny’s Melbourne team as a Principal Integrated Water Management Engineer.
David is an innovative and strategic thinker with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. David brings strong leadership in water and land use planning as demonstrated through the delivery of numerous landmark integrated water management, liveability, green infrastructure, ecosystem services and shared value initiatives.
David’s extensive expertise will be pivotal in advancing our commitment to creating water sensitive cities.

Integrated Water Management (IWM) is a process that helps deliver water sensitive city outcomes through collaborative and sustainable whole of water cycle planning. IWM involves a fundamental shift to a more integrated and collaborative approach to water, land use planning and urban development. IWM considers how the delivery of water, wastewater and stormwater services can contribute to water security, public and environmental health and urban amenity.
