Principal Engineer, Owen Richards, delivered a creative and engaging session to our Young Professionals Group (YPG) this week! He shared his diverse career portfolio and his journey of how he got to where he is today.
The session served as an engaging forum where our YPG were encouraged to ask questions about Owen’s career and explore how they might implement some of his advice within their own careers.
This session is a shining example of our YPG Committee initiative ‘Peer Shares’, where a rotating roster of skilled Engenites present to the national YPG group to showcase our different disciplines, career pathways, ways of thinking, and technical skills 💡
